Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Have you ever ?! LA is filled with weird and wonderfully creative people, take this property for example.  It's just down the street from my house and is covered in 100's of thousands {dare I say more?} of tiny tiles and tid bits. It was created as a place of peace to celebrate life for those who had lost loved ones.

Just when you think you've reached the end, this quirky work of love continues to wrap around the property to reveal more nooks and crannies and mosaic fabulousness.

Along with monuments for Pearl Harbor and 9-11, figurines, succulents, staircases and winding pathways, there's different thrones throughout the property that allow for pensiveness, meditation, healing and wishing.

It has to be seen to be believed and even the Dalai Lama has paid his respects to this magical spot! What do you think, magic or madness?

love tash xo
